Bandtransport Europe offers you a wide range of steering guids and guiding strips. Guiding strips are used when a lateral force is exerted on the conveyor belt. This can happen due to uneven or sideways loading or when pollution gets on the drums.
To prevent derailment, conveyor belts can be equipped with steering guids or guiding strips at the top or bottom to absorb these lateral forces.
Our trapezoidal and rectangular bars are available as smooth or notched.
Our guiding strips are available in many types of plastic, cuts, sizes and colours.
Besides PVC guidingstrips, Bandtransport Europe also supplies steeringguides and guidingstrips in the highly wear-resistant Hytrel® synthetic material.
All BTE guiding strips meet the EU and FDA guidelines for food contact.
Bandtransport Europe's guiding strips are available loose on a roll, in widths of up to approx. 90 mm. However, our team can also apply them to a conveyor belt entirely according to your specifications.
