In the wood processing industry conveyor belts must meet strict requirements due to the characteristics of the various products and the safety during their processing. Bandtransport Europe offers a range of conveyor belts which can be wear resistant, flame-retardant or anti-static and have good release properties. In addition, we supply extra strong belts, which are hard-wearing or can carry heavy loads and belts with a good chemical resistance for use with glues and lacquers.
Bandtransport Europe's conveyor belts are manufactured using high-quality raw materials and semi-finished goods from the Netherlands and its neighbouring countries, to sustain a constant quality. Due to our meticulous production process, the properties of every conveyor belt can be determined with great precision, thus enabling, to name an example, the minimal thickness tolerances which are required in sanding machines.
Do you have specific wishes which are not met by any standard product? On our own coating line, we have the possibility of adding covers, such as an extra strong coating. In addition, we can emboss flat conveyor belts with a profile on our profiling machine. This gives you the flexibility to compose the exact right conveyor belt with Bandtransport Europe. It speaks for itself that all necessary cleats, guide ropes, and sidewalls can be fitted in our extensive workshop.
